No Bake Energy Bites Recipe

Seriously….these taste like no bake cookies! They are so dang good and the kids go crazy over these. I usually prep and make these on Sunday’s so the kids and I can eat them as snacks at work/school. These are so simple to make and you can always add in your own favorite ingredients to change it up from time to time! Hack: if you’re meal prepping double or triple this recipe for a week’s worth of energy balls.

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup ground flax seed

1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter

1/3 cup honey

1/3 cup brown sugar

*optional: 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

I add a scoop of Chocolate Daily Sunshine which is LOADED with organic fruits, veggies, a good source of protein and contains ALA Omega 3 fatty acids and fiber. (Daily Sunshine is specifically made for picky kids in mind but adults enjoy it too! Or at least I know I do!)

Mix rolled oats, chocolate chips, flax seed, peanut butter, honey, and brown sugar together in a bowl; form into balls using your hands. Place in a tupperware and refrigerate. Serving size:4-5 balls.

(Great for on the go or toss in the lunchboxes!)
