I wanted to start a fitness journal for accountability and support. A fitness journey isn’t meant to be pretty or flattering. It is you pushing yourself to be the best version of YOU that you can be. I can’t wait to see where I am a year from now!
I am now 3 weeks in to my Beach Body home workout routine. P90X3 linked below. Staying consistent is my priority. Everyone comes to a point in their fitness journey where they want to give up. I face this challenge every day because the workouts feel so hard and I can be so sore in the beginning.
Quitting is EASY. But I’m starting to have a turning point going into this week where I’m actually looking forward to working out each day. It is one of the highlights of my day. My “all to myself time” that I do to better my health and in the long run my self confidence.
