Delicious Protein Smoothie

I’ve been making this new smoothie as a way to get in some extra protein into my diet.  Protein helps support muscle when I’m working toward toning and building muscle. It just so happens this is a perfect afternoon snack and super simple to make!

 

I put all the fresh ingredients in a Bullet Blender and blend—scroll down for my recipe!

PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES

COOK TIME: 3 MINUTES

TOTAL TIME: 8 MINUTES

SERVES 2

Ingredients

1 ½ cup of ice

2-3 ounces of almond milk

5 sliced strawberries

¼ cup of raspberries

½ cup of blueberries

2 tablespoons of  Organic Almond Butter

1 scoop of protein powder

1 tablespoon organic honey

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
