After going through the ringer this winter with cold and flue season nothing helps boosts your immune system back up than a antioxidant and vitamin C packed smoothie! The health benefits of blueberries and pomegranate are almost mind blowing:

- Some nutritionists believe that if you make only one change to your diet, it should be to add blueberries.

I actually threw this together with the ingredients I had in my kitchen and it’s probably one of THE BEST smoothies I’ve had in awhile ~ I surprise myself sometimes with the things that I can whip up! Doesn’t happen often!

i c of POM Wonderful Pomegranate Juice
1 c of yogurt ( I used Oikos Vanilla yogurt)
1 orange freshly squeezed
1/2 lemon freshly squeezed
