Yes as a mom of three I know the ab struggle all too well. Things jiggle when I walk or run that never did before having kiddos!
I try to get these little workouts in whenever I can! Folding laundry, after the baby is down for a nap, in between breakfast, lunch and dinner times. All it takes is FIVE MINUTES. I’ve already started to see some little abs poking out to say hello!
